Hey, i am planning a new setup, and looking for the easist way, cause it Will not be in my own home....

So i have decided to try autopots... my problem is which media and nutes i should use.... i Think soil Would be the easist ? Correct me if im wrong? I have No experience with Coco.

I Can read i should use a mineral fertilizer to prevent clogging up the system, do anyone have a suggestion? I Think GHE’s flora serie is mineral based right ?

The autopot Company also is making a fertilizer, but have not seen any use it or the results? And its the same fertilizer all through the grow, so dont believe its relevant for us cannabis growers? Or am i wrong ?

If i am Doing it in soil i read i should put a inch of pebbles in the bottom of the pot to help drainage, and a 50/50 mix of perlite and soil.... Can i use the biobizz all mix soil or What should i use?

I am sure some of our Eu growers will be in soon. I have no experience with them, but I tend to agree about using soil, just for the ease of it, since you can't be around all the time

Coco in theory can grow bigger than soil.a grow in someone elses house low maintenance has to be soil imoi like biobizz.have no idea about the other stuff.
:pighug:

Yes i Think it have to be soil too for low maintainance..... i asked around, and the shop growell Said the nutrients from GHE flora Would not be a good choice, because its made for hydro.... but it says soil too as far as i remember.... but anyways the recommended something called shogun, that they sold...

And they said a soil mix they sold with Coco in it Would be great for added aeration, and No pH checking and so on.

Sounds like a alternative except growell is based in the UK and im Living in Europe... i cant find the soil blend here...

Personally I use soil / perlite 70/30
I don't put any balls in the bottom.
For nutes I use www.biotabs.nl
If you use nutes like these you only ever add water to the autopot res which stops blockages :)

How does biotaps compare to regular nutes ? I havd read a little about it, but could not find any results...

Do they last the full length of the grow? Can you point me in a direction plz. :)

What soil are you using then. ?

With the biotabs they say you should use their fertilizer orgatrex along with the pills, do you top feed Them then ? And What about the compost tea? Do you topfeed that too?

Does it clog anything up? The valve ? I guess there Will be some runoff.

What soil do you use?

I must say it looks appealing, but What about the yield ? My biggest concern is they dont get enough fertilizer with that method.

I don't use anything else other than the tabs.
I put 2 in most autos unless I know they are gonna be big then I'll use 3.
Just use a light potting soil. Mines 2 bags for £10....

They did send me some boom boom spray which I use occasionally but usually forget :)
