New Grower Blue Mystic Auto(Nirvana)Under Pro Grow 260x

:) :) :)They both got put in soil on the 6th of October with a few hours difference. The girls are 67 days old today.so they are 9 weeks old exactly!I will try and push them to their maximum potential..I have a 60x-100x scope coming through the mail any day now..So the rule of thumb still applies ,right?Wait until fan leaves and sugar leaves all go yellow? ;) yea i guess things can't go wrong now..What should my humidity and temp be when i hang to dry and what should it be when i jar them?

These posts by Muddy pretty much explain the last week or two before harvest ... when the bud leaves start to yellow and the pistils are mostly colored, I look at general vigor of the plant ... if it looks like it could go another week or two let it go ... often it becomes a matter of timing the cure ... I know I need to be available for at least the first 3 weeks of the cure and possibly longer for burping the jars and all. After about a month if you've cured it carefully it will be able to take care of itself except for an occasional airing of the buds ...

Weeks 7 - 9. By now vertical growth has stopped and the switch to flowering nutrients has been made. The buds will start to fill out and put on weight, becoming hard and tight. Pistols will start to change from white to brown, orange, red, etc. By now the plants will also have developed a strong smell. Toward the end of this phase the large primary and smaller secondary fan leaves will begin to turn yellow. This is an indication that the plant is moving toward the end of it's life.

Weeks 10 - 11. At this time flowering nutes should be discontinued and only plain pHed water fed to flush the remaining nutrients from the soil and improve the taste. Yellowing of the fan leaves will continue as the plant draws the stored energy from them. Eventually they will die and fall off. By the time that the smaller leaves that come from out of the buds will also start to turn yellow. Then it's time to harvest.(emphasis mine)

Your plants look great ... I think the switch to plain water was well timed ... :bong:

They both started to yellow up nicely(so to speak ;)) as it's an indication to me that it won't be long now..I gave both of them plain water today. So first dose of plain water for the fatter lady and second dose of plain watering on the thinner lady.I'm no expert but shouldn't two plain water dosages be enough for flushing? At least with organic nutrients? Some of your knowledge would be appreciated! And do
any of you guys use the 48 hour dark period to increase trichome production or is all that a load of shit? :) Happy holidays every one!!

:thumbs:You could wait until some amber show up but some autos don't amber. If most of the pistols are brown and dryed up I would say they are ready. When they are dryed and cured, follow up with a smoke report.

86.6 grams wet weight so i'm guessing i'll end up with around 21 grams..the other girl should yield better and make up for the difference. If i get 2oz total i am well over the moon! ;)
