There are two pictures below showing two Auto Assassin plants, both of which are the same age, however the smaller one was accidentally stunted by breaking the tap root. - I re-potted a batch of plants after approx 2-3 weeks because I wasn't happy with the new soil I had been testing. About half had the tap root broken and so turned out stunted, all are now packed dense with bud like the one below. The fan leaves grew much smaller too.
I'll weigh them both dry for comparison when they are finished to see if there is any weight difference.
The interesting thing is not only do the stunted plants take up less room, they also seems to have as much bud than their counterparts, and are definitely closer to finishing with fatter buds and milky white trichomes vs clear. The stunted plants are approximately 6x6 inches.
Looking at the results so far I'm thinking this could be the way to go for SOG auto's.
