Nah you misunderstand mate. I don't mean I want the COB to have a good picture, I mean a COB is made of loads of Diodes squeezed together in a small space but I'm sure it's not 4000 per square inch but if a TV can squeeze 4000 Diodes in a square inch, why can't we do it with a COB? 4000 Diodes would kick out a LOT of light I reckon so that's what I mean by a 4K COB [emoji23][emoji23]Zero bubble hash mate [emoji53] got a bit of grinder keif I pressed into hash with some straighteners left but the bubble hash will have to wait til harvest.

Anyway.... now I've explained what I actually mean a bit better, why is this not a thing already?

Also I don’t think 4K tv has 4000 diodes per square inch mate. As a 60 inch tv has the same definition as a 32 inch tv. Both the same number of diodes wide, so the big tv must have bigger diodes. I think a 4K tv has the same number of diodes regardless of size. So a small 4K tv has way better definition than massive 4K tv?

So I'm sat here in a daze thinking how great it is that they've managed to squeeze enough tiny LEDs into one spot for us to grow with when it occurred to me.....

Isn't a 4K LED TV cramming 4000 LEDs into a square inch?

And if that's right, what would it take to make a 4K COB?

Aye you're right. Although the 80 inch TV in work has just as good a picture as the 38 inch ones so god knows how they do that. Unless it's because they're both that good you can't perceive any difference anymore?

Someone should do a tv grow. Only instead of converting tv to light, leave it a tv and play only movies or tv shows. See which movie or tv show grows the best buds!
