I was wondering if any members have experience using a grape compost soil or grape/coir combo?

I am planning my next soil mix and found a local store that provides grape compost by the truck load.

Is it good for drainage/aeration of soil?
PH of grape compost?
NPK of grape compost?
Results from using a grape compost mixed with coir and or soil?
