Morgen

rainy! Arrrg. I was only able to get to one flower bed yesterday. I need a few dry days. I got down trees and all sorts of work to do. I think I got my yard tractor working again, damn thing needs to be drained of fuel and carb blown out every spring apparently.
Gotta put fuel stabilizer in the tank every fall . Saves a lot of problems come spring . I do it with my snowblower to save draining it in the spring .

I miss my old equipment... I like 80's and earlier stuff with solid metal builds. I have a 2 yr old Cub Cadet mower, and the thing has broken 4 times already. It caught on fire last year! a walnut got stuck in between the exhaust and the shield and cooked. Imagine my suprise, going over a pile of leaves and flames came up from the front tires at me! LOL.

The damn neighbors saw the whole thing. I could hear em laughing while ran for the hose.

On my old John Deere I was going over some big maple roots next to a bank to the road. The right front wheel came off, rolled in front of my while the front end went KerPlunk and hit the ground. The wheel continued on across the road.....

I was laughing that time.
