Old Reviews Different Miracle Gro All Purpose Fertilizer

I'm old school and used to use Rapid-Gro and Super Bloom, neither is made anymore, so, I use Miracle Gro now. Every box of Miracle Grow AP I have found has had a formula of 24-8-16, not exactly what I like. Then I went to Sutherlands, a store similar to Home Depot/Lowes but only in South/Central USA. Anyway, I guess they are a 'Garden Pro' retailer because there is a MG AP that is for 'Garden Pro' retailers that the formula is 20-20-20...much better IMO. Look around, maybe you'll find it in your area.

MG tends to be terrible for autos. They don't do so great with slow release ferts and scotts is a evil company. Just an fyi

good find, dont listen to people that tell you MG is bad soil. Their african violet potting mix works well also. im glad to hear someone talking good about it instead of well you know...
