Day 36 is pretty accurate - 1/2 Veg nutes, 1/2 Bloom nutes, 8 hours darkness then switched from MH to HPS (both 400w) because this is a 65-75 day strain and im about half way through.
Shotta, A brown tinge to your roots won't hurt. Mine always end up that way. How close are you keeping your light to the plants? I don't use HID lamps but from what I understand they throw a lot of heat and need to be kept away from the canopy. When I've had problems with the top leaves twisting and curling moving my light away and letting the RH increase to 60ish% helps. As far as pH is concerned don't worry about a little fluctuation (5.6 to 6.2 doesn't need adjustment.) I check my pH once or twice a day and adjust it to 5.8 as often as necessary. During my first two grows my biggest problems where pH and over feeding. I'd stay under 600 net PPM. Take the PPM or EC of your water and subtract it from the reading once you've added your nutes to get the net reading. Finally get you res temp down to 65F/18C and I'll bet your root issues will disappear.
PS A hermi is a plant that changes from one sex to another. The term is primarily used to describe a female plant that changes to male because of genetics or stress. I don't know if the conversion can happen male to female.
Your plant looks good to me but If your lower leaves are drooping it might be over watering. I've had that problem with DWC when I've over filled my res consistently above the bottom of the net pot. If you see drooping toward the end of the light cycle it's probably a little fatigue and I wouldn't worry about it. But check in the live help thread to get one of the experts to help. Peace
She is looking pretty good to my eyes.
I have found that some newer growers are lazy and inattentive to details and some fuss over every detail.
You seem to be right in the middle.
It can take several grows just to get one strain dialed in when you are an experienced grower, getting through those first several grows can keep you guessing a bit.
Avoid extremes and you will usually be fine.
