New Grower do you think this is a good idea to make the plant purple

I would just start with a purple strain like Purple Kush from Buddha seeds.
A true purple will usually per flower purple. Trying to force purple is just going to comp quality.

From my experiences a true purple will purple from the buds out but if your force purple it will go from the leaf tips in.
