Nutrients Does the microbial life dye when my soil drys out completely??

Hey there I'm using gaia green dry organic nutrients and my pots go from soaked to dry in 30 hrs and sometimes super dry before I add water. everything seem to be OK but green seems to be fading I have just refreshed amendments but thought I read somewhere it will die if gets too dry plz help with any info on this matter as I also have AN nutes to start using if I cannot keep pots moist
