New Grower First grow here we go!

Right guys potted 2 pineapple express this morning into 14 ltr pots. I have a 240w HPS hanging around 30 inches from plants. Humidity in closet ranges from 48 - 75 pending on lights on/off. Soil ph sits around 6.3 - 6.5. Seeds were germinated in small soil parcels under a plastic prop and sat under a 28w lamp.

As I said in an earlier post guys my camera is no worky, worky so unfortunately no pictures. Just descriptions. Hopefully all will go well and I wont be needy of your growing skills.

Day 4 above ground. All looks well to me judging by others members pictures. Both plants are around 2.5 inches tall. One looks a little less in size and colour but dont think its anything bad. Not watered since pre watering of soil which was 1 day before potting. Light hangs about 30 inches from top of plants. Lights on temp sits at 75, hum 47. 1 small fan blowing upwards towards lamp.

I CANT STOP LOOKING AT THEM!

ADVICE PLEASE!!! Day 11 all looking good guys other than I keep finding small flys in the grow room. I find one, kill it,a and on return to the closet I find another. I do have to keep the closet open slightly to regulate the temp. My question is can or will these small flys damage the plants????

Hey man and welcome to the farm. Glad to see it's going pretty good so far. Nice estimate, mate. Those are probably fungus gnats. Grab up some mosquito dunks from your local walmart, home depot, etc. They're little coils. Dunk one of those in a gallon of water and shake it up and let it sit for a few hours. Ph it and water your plants with it next time they need it. Also a thin layer of sand on top of your soil will shred any eggs there and keep them from laying on top of the soil too.
