Harvest & Curing First time and harvest is close just looking for peolpe to share there thoughts

Yepp, Thursday will be the day :) one last time lol so I'm going to harvest , trim to golf balls and then straight into the brown paper bag? Do I got that right? And should I close the bag completely up right from the start? Thanks brother

yup bro. close the bag up, doesn't hurt to check and open the bags at least once a day, to get some fresh air into there.
If bags stay damp, change them for new ones. An that's it,. all ready to rock n roll.
I'll be doing the same soon, got some blue cheese autos on the finish.

How far are your blue cheese? Lol I'm a over thinker witch sometimes is a good thing but not always.. I always like to know exactly what I'm doing before I do it, try and prevent the preventable.. really glad you respond to my thread you were a big help.. I wouldn't of even considered the paper bag but now that's the route I'm takin

My blue ladys are about 9 weeks old, finishing off nicely under some Osram LEDs, im only watering them about half what I normally give them of water with lets rinse solution added. No runoff, lessens the chance of mould if theyre not soaked.
Ah nothing wrong with being a over thinker bro, I like to cover all angles before I even start growing, just to make my life a lot easier, gone are the old ways, welcome the new tech way. I prefer it, lots easier with all those gadgets & you cant beat having a plan A,B and C if things go tits up
My pleasure to help where I can bro, knowledge is for sharing and if mine even helps a little bit than im a happy borg
I don't assimilate or take away knowledge for my own collective, I freely and happily give to all.

Gotta love it, that's a good idea to give them a bit less water towards the end.. I probably shouldn't of gave her a full gallon but oh well I'd imagine all will be well but I will use that on my next lady who's finshimg up a bit slower then the one who's just about done.. have you ever lost a plant to mould out of curiosity? I bet that cheese smells lovely :)

That's exactly what I did I planned everything out before I even started , I thought of all possible problems and what not and when I felt ready I went for it and so far soo good with a lil help here and there

yeah they smell very fruity indeed, more blueberry than cheese.
Ive never lost a whole plant to mould, but have lost bits, mainly from the cola itself if its a massive one.
this is before I got the thermometer with probes, now? nope. Alls good so far.

for a fellow harvester, thought id take some of mine instead of yapping about them lol, heres some pics of my crop before I chop the lot, well, apart from the middle one in the group shot, which is a bloody skunk auto, shes not anywhere ready yet.
Pink Tint glasses at the ready cos I need to leave them my leds on, aint got any other light source and its dark as pitch in there when leds off. so, pink eye n sorry bout that.

All I can say is that looks like its going to be some dope dope haha im glad you shared the pics lol and I know how it is hard as duck to get a good pic under the leds lol everytime I want to take a pic I usually don't cuz that requires moving across the room just for normal light.. but man really looks like a lovely plant.. I tried multiple times from different vendors to acquire some dinafem genetics.. all reputable sites but my locations interfers.. soo I'm stocked upp on lowlife autos, mixed reviews on them but I have no complaints at the moment.. I'm going to give getting my hands on some dinafems again sooner then later..

How big is your tent? And once again out of curiosity how long have you been a farmer ?
