Grow Mediums First time coco using advice

So im going to be using botanicares coco in a brick or pre shreded. Is it pre charged? Do i need to and how do i go about doing that? Any other coco brands that r better? Ill be using gh flora nova advanced schedule. Under 1000 watt hps the whole grow
If someone could guide me on coco that would be great!

I don't know that its preloaded. I start with water or tea while the plants are young. Then I mix a rez and water/feed every day or so. Ppm may vary I like mine around 1.8 e.c
I grow in 3 gl pots and the plants can go through 1.75 L in a day.

Start feed at 1/4 strength and work up from there. Keep the coco moist not soaked
