New Grower First time grower LED

1st time grower, after watching and reading seymour buds he kind of gave me a kick up the arse to do it myself
My set up led 300watt praska upgrading soon to 600watt,4 plus rhino filter,using plant magic soil,rhiztonic to start then plant magic veg/bloom
5 red dwarf, 1 auto purple and 1 auto shark
pics will be added soon..
I've put all seeds in glass of water to start them of once cracked and roots are long will pot up and put in heated propagator
I hope i'm doing things right If anybody can help me on my way please do

pH matters.... No matter what medium mate, you want a pH of around 6.5 for soil growing I think (I'm hydro) if your pH is out of range then the ladies can't feed.... So they start eating themselves.

Thanks for the info, so my first mistake was using hydo ph levels of 5.8 but soil is much higher lol stoners mistake so i will ph up to 6.5

Ph of 6.5 for soil is good . To far above or below can cause nute lockouts / deficiencies . For soil grows I use as low a ppm water I can get , add my nutes , wait a bit , then check ph . Nutrients will change the ph so you want to check AFTER mixing them into the water .

One thing I have found 9 my grows anyway0 was that LED tends to cause a magnesium/ calcium deficiency using most brands of nutrients . Something to keep an eye on .

Here is a list of nutes i have and also what has been passed down to me, so far i'm using plant magic plus veg/bloom nutes,rhizotonic,formulex,cannazym, ph up/down plus buffer
I also have all coco nutes that have been passed down but don't think i will need them for plant magic. i'm starting of with secret jardin ds 60 but have a larger tent on route. The light itself comes with a guarantee that if i don't get a grow with the praska 300watt i get a 80% refund can't ask more than that. The light will be 20 on 4 of if you think this ok please let me know

i read so much about new growers and ph ..if your using proper soil /compost it should naturally buffer the ph to 6.8 /9 ..as long as its not ericacious soil ..and if your organic then there is no need to go through the flushing process ..keep it simple stoner =the kiss principle .
