Good morning growers.

Ive recently harvested a photoperiod c99 from female seeds (i think)

It has the most amazing smell ive ever smelt from a bud. It has a really strong passionfruit smell. In ten years of growing ive never smelt anyrhing like it. Unfortunately it doesnt carry over to the taste but we cant have everything right.

Are there any auto strains out there that are straight up fruity smelling/tasting?

I only run one Walter white from Mephisto, I don’t know if it was just a freak seed or what because it’s wasnt very trichome covered but the buds where super dense and Its probably the most fruity smelling I have had of auto, it wasn’t a berry or a orange or a lemon it was more tropical/lavender a few other strains worth of a mention are auto daiquiri from Dutch passion and if you like the idea of gassy orange then SODK from Mephisto, also it’s not a fruit but it your interested in crazy terp profile fast buds Girl Scout cookies is straight sweet cakey goodness

I have grown out Colorado cookies twice first time it wasn’t super dank it had like a platinum taste (sound weird but if you smoked it you would get it) the second time I grew it it wasn’t as impressive it just had a summer flowery smell and I was pretty let down tbh... the Girl Scout cookies made up for it tho!

Im growing fastbuds gorilla glue at the moment, i might pick up some girl scout cookies, in what way is it cakey? Taste or smell when cured?

Both it’s a very unique flavour/smell profile the best way to describe it is a sweet earthy birthday cake. It’s really nice. It’s not fruity it’s not gassy it’s just earthy sweetness I really liked it. I got 20 seeds sitting in the draw they probably won’t get popped for some time im planning to run photos next

Yeah i might give it ago for the craic, still a fruity one like the c99 i chopped would be cool, never smelt weed like it, apart from a few very weak smelling lemons all the weeds ive smoked has had the classic weed smell. This whole differnt smells is new to me and i was always a bit sceptical when reading about lads with funky smelling strains, but now im a believer ha

Dunno it’s a myth.. Dutch passion genetics must have multiple phenos I guees because I never got a orange, out of all my girls Colorado cookies was my favourite one the first run but when I run 2 of her in my tent again she fell to the back of the pack, weight was good though avrg 120-130g per plant
