New Grower Get Cannabis REMOVED from being A Scheduled 1 Narcotic!

Let's get the ball rolling and sign the Petition to get Cannabis a.k.a. "MARIJUANA" REMOVED from being a Schedule I Narcotic! Here's the Link. it only takes about 3 minutes to do; maybe not even that long for most people. Here it is!

Way too many things would have to change before and after if it were to be removed.

I just don't see it happening in the USA. The problem is the DEA. They are the one's who place it in the schedule, upon the recommendation of the the drug czar/panel. They don't have to treat it the way they do, it just looks a lot better for them when they can show BALES of weed being burned or confiscated, instead of a tiny package of cocaine and/or heroin (you know, the drugs that HARM people).

In the US, the tide that is changing things is the countries that are making it legal, and the fact that we still have to do business with those countries. Most of our treaties and deals with other countries are based on a standard policy. In that policy, the prerequesite is that countries treat cannabis as we treat cannabis, which is stupid yes. The problem is that some countries are breaking away from those standards. If the US doesn't want to be left behind economically on this issue, people will just deal with other countries than the US
Countries that I have heard of that are decriminalizing drugs on some level, to reduce drug related crime.

The Netherlands
Switzerland.
Germany.
Austria

Countries that are now in the process of changing their drug policies to reduce drug related crimes.

umm yeah that's great; but you have to start somewhere. I see that you took the time to write this post! Did you happen too take the time out of your day, and sign the petition? If not you are only hurting the CAUSE; as well as hurting everyone who needs this to happen.

Yes I did, before I read your post in fact. I am not against this. I am participating in all the actions I can, and have been for the last 30 years, you are welcome for us being as far as we are on this. Over the years I have donated my time and money to this cause. Pardon me if you perceive me as cynical. But I was only pointing out what the problem was imo, and how it is already getting better due to foreign affairs. Tis all.

who cares about Bars? the only bars that i could possibly ever care about are full Bars on my Cell Phone, and Child Molesters behind Bars! Plus the only thing that I FIGHT for is, my right to grow/use Cannabis; as well as fight for my family, in which you as well as everybody here on AFN are a part of. This THREAD is totally NOT intended to argue, bicker, throw words, etc... The Sole purpose of this thread is for we the American People, as well as any other Nation for that matter; TO BE INFORMED of what is going on in OUR World Today!!! So with Thus being Stated, let's get out there and take a HUGE Giant Stand and Say FUCK YOU Congress; Let's Be True To our Heritage and Get OUR Cannabis Back!!!!
