The setup:
Mars Hydro FCE 4800
AC Infinity tent modified to 35"x35"x72"
5 gal RainScience bags
Sunshine Mix #4, peat mix soil
rainwater with MegaCrop 1 part pH 6.3

Germination:
Soaked 2 beans for about 12 hr and dropped them into a box on a heat mat. Both popped tails within 2-3 days. I dropped them into presoaked pots and they were up over night.

GrandDaddy Purple - Week 1

Nothing super exciting going on. Good amount of humidity in the tent with 4 5gal pots if soil stuffed in there. Poor little dehumidifier can't keep up bit maintaining.

Plain water for now. I will start to lightly feed after 2 weeks.

So it looks like one of the sprouts has topped herself. I was going to bin it but I hate to waste a growing plant so I chopped the top and will see what 2 mains will give me. If it tops itself again, I'll pull it.

The other one is doing well and enjoying this stupid humidity in the tent that can't seam to control. Good for VPD but 70%+ Rh is getting a bit crazy.

Both are doing well. I usually top my plants but since I already kind of topped one of them, I'll let the other one go with some LST. I'll start to feed them on the next watering.

Ok, I lied. I ended up topping the other plant. It's really just my preferred method of training for an even canopy. Both plants are doing well and I started to give them a light feeding.

The two are doing well. The plant that topped herself started showing preflowers a couple days before the topped plant. I started to tie down branches to spread out the nodes and try to make a uniform canopy.

GrandDaddy Purple - Week 5

Seams like they are really starting to take off now. Filling out nicely but I'm a dumbass and when I went to go snip a leaf, I cut through one of the branches... ugh. Looks like it's down to 7 tops. The self topped plant is doing OK but has definitely suffered from the early stress. That's ok, she'll still produce some consumables.

GrandDaddy Purple - Week 6

These things really took off these past couple weeks. We are about done with the stretch and have hedgehogs forming at the ends of the branches. The tentmates are coming down tomorrow so I'll have plenty of room to spread these out and get some concentrated light down to the lower bits.

The self topped plant is a little stunted but getting a bit of a stretch as well but she's a ways away from the other plant.
