Have started new grow. Have been posting all over the shop but thought I would just focus all on this.
Just really finished final set up thanks to namvet (light adjustment).
Using small grow converted cupboard .50m x.50mx 1.2mH.
Have small computer fan extracting above light reflector.
Have 1 x 130w cfl 25000k and 11,000 lumens. Specs say good for veg.
Have 1 x 130w cfl with red spectrum also 11,000 lumens. (Use when flower)
Air in is passive through bottom air flap
Temp with the one light going is around 26-28 deg celcius
Now have 2,plants in 200mm pots (big one is ak 49, small one is green poison).
Newly germed in smaller pots (bubblelicious, green poison, white widow, sweet cheese).
Using my own soil mix, propagating sand, perlite, vermiculite and general potting mix (nothing added).
Using podron hydro nutes from local hydro supplier for feed.
It's tight in there so will see what happens. I haven't had much luck trying to grow in this same space several years back, but willing to try again because its too much fun. I reckon I can do much better now.
All my previous experience with autos has been outdoors with some decent returns.
Just plan on tracking this on here to document the effort and get advice when required.

Hey Si thanks for viewing. I'm rapped that you are able to look on.
Just checked your profile see that you have used big cfls. Have you got a grow thread or link to see what you have done with big cfls? Really impressive albums man!!

Thanks for info Si, it is daunting and reassuring at the same time to be in presence of master grower.

Good luck Milkman! Getting back at it soon in a fairly small setup with cfls and T5 myself. :D

Cheers squid. Yeah I have to keep it small but the idea for me is to get better yields then continue with only three plants in this space at a time.
Think I'm finally over stunting my youngins, with all four of the last batch to pop sown straight into medium(nil touching).
I'm sure the two in the bigger 200mm containers have been disrupted in the soil at germing but one may be on the comeback so will see how they progress over the next two weeks.
I'm lovin everything about this.

Excellent. I am really looking forward to just focusing on a few plants. I tried to go a bit too big my first couple times in limited experience. I have learned a TON from my mistakes and I made just about all of them last year when I first started. One can learn fairly quickly if you stay on it, care and try, and have passion. Beyond just getting stoned this is a true passion for me. Growing in general, but growing an herb like this that has so many medicinal properties.

Right now I am still honing my skills, then I will take on a larger space and more plants which will be more product and I eventually want to reeeeallly get more into edibles rather than always combustion. Much better for you. Anywho...If you need anything we'll be standing by, dude.
