Shame about the burns, but it's not a big deal at this stage. Can always just grow another one :] Practice makes perfect after all!

M8 I've been lurking in & out of your grow for a week or so now (I'm subbed like)... Your gurls are looking sweet!! Very tightly stacked & very healthy looking.. So that's cool.

I know what you mean about the fast growth my gurls (hopefully).... are very tightly stacked as well.. The nodes are literally growing on top of each other.. ha ha it's class :booya: I would say I lost a good couple or three days proper growth there last week but hopefully I've learned a bit there.

Ok here's some normal light pics... Day 15..




I think my stronger plant looks a little paler than the other... Although my eye is pretty untrained at these things at the mo... Well, one IS paler than the other slightly but I'm not to worried... Yet, as long as the copper crispy leaves dont come back!! although if I should be concerned about the paler leaves then please tell me folks.
My roots don't seem to be doing great for some reason.. I wonder was it last weeks damage that I did?? They are growing but not really very fast..

Did a fresh res change last night...

Hey AFN.. I hope all's good...

I fired up another light the other night... But I'm not sure they liked it too much!! I don't know... Maybe I'm over analysing everything but they always seemed to be standing to attention... Even when I hurt them last week but since the 3rd LED went on them they seemed to well... Exhale almost.. Branches that were at a 45 degree to the main stem suddenly just drooped!! & leaves that were horizontal to the light are now at a vertical angle?? So I've turned it off again & they seem to be straightening out again a little, I'm I talking sh/£ here or does anybody agree that they might shy away from too much light. Although they have gone onto adult food this week as well so that maybe something to do with it.. Also summer has finally hit at the same time as the extra light went on so maybe the heat has played a part... Who knows!!

I think growth has slowed again since they drooped as well so we'll see if turning off helps... Maybe just to intense yet??

Can somebody tell me what's up with my roots.. They don't seem too great either, not really growing thru the net pots much... I can see roots in there but they are just not coming out really, am I doing anything wrong?? I'm keeping my res depth up to the base of the pots at least... Wot you think guys?? U might think they are ok.. Tell me

What about the marks on the leaves as well?? They look different from last week.. Just like slightly paler patches on olderish growth, new growth seems unaffected.... Hope its not much to worry about, maybe Nitrogen def??

Those leaves we're given a slight touch of damage from last week as well... That's the copper colour... The new marks are like a paler shade of green... Just trying to make things as clear as I can in my explanations folks.

Any advice welcome.

Leaves looking slightly worse again this morn... Spots have gone from pale green to a copper-ish colour.... No where as bad as last week.... Fu<{ it.... If these don't pick up soon I'm gonna rip them out & start again, wasting time, energy & nutes ffs.

Ok I've just read through a lot of JM's Advanced diagnosis sticky... Seems I've either got a calcium def or boron def & possibly overwatering... There is a pic of overwatering on that thread & it looks the same as my youngsters do at the moment. How can you overwater in hydro?? Although I am having to put 750ml frozen water bottles my res which is raising the water level in the bucket... Maybe that what's doing it. I'm this close to giving up on these two... Maybe I should just start again, I think I have made too many mistakes in this first attempt but I can put that knowledge to good use I suppose
