One of my girls looks like that...

It looks pretty healthy except the discolored and curling tips. Can't really say what it is. It comes to its 5th week. I'm wondering if it could be a lack of N or another kind if deficiences.

Is anyone has a clue ?

first thought whenever i see tips burning is over feeding, 2nd thought is too close the light.

That is nute burn back off on your feed its not a deficiences its to much n

Great thanks guys ! Don't think it's the light. Over feeding might be the source. However i go really light with nutes... So only ph water for a few days for the cure ?

Do a check to see if your medium is moist equaly in the pot, I’ve seen this when the roots get too dry.

As the other folks said dial back your nutes a bit and she deffo doest need more Nitrogen
