Lighting Here we go again! 600W Vipar LED / 4X Heavyweight F+V / Plant Magic Plus + Nutes!

So I'm about to start feeding them and then realized I don't have anything to measure with.. Doh! Do you think 1 teaspoon of old timer in a 2ltr bottle of water that's been standing for 24 hours would be OK?

Many thanks :)

Guys i could really do with some help here... I went ahead and used 1 teaspoon of old timer grow in a 2 Ltr bottle of water that had been standing with it's lid of for 24 hours and i checked the pH of it when it was mixed and it was 6.5 so im hoping that's OK.

I have moved the fan position so it's pointing at the plants because im guessing that your not ment to have green moss or something growing on top of the soil. Is this ok?

Another thing i am getting some curling on the leaves but i think that was due to watering them twice in 24 hours (i was going to be away for 3 days). The new leaves look fine and uncurled but i guess we will see in the next few days.

Anyways if you want to have a look here they are :)

Any Help would be appreciated!

Peace out:peace:

Can anyone answer my questions please? I don't want them to die because of a mistake I made earlier that could of been avoided and there is too many conflicting guides out there that are sending me round in circles.

From what I have read and finding out your temps should be at 80 to 85 degrees when growing with leds. I do not know what the fuzzy moss might be hard to tell bro. but on a whole the plants look good. Get the temps up a bit feed at least a quater strength at a young age keep the plants at height where they are not to sqaut which you will have to determine buy watching them grow and adjust accordingly right everything down so you can go back over your notes

Thank you fairlynew! it's very much appreciated for answering!! my aunty has breast cancer and im hoping to make some oil out of this and at least give her a chance after 1 her breast is removed...

If anyone else has any suggestions also they are more then welcome!!

UPDATE: 20/11/2014 (20 days old)

Just a quick one guys... Everything seems to be ok at the moment! Im watering/feeding them every 2 days with 1 teaspoon of PM old timer grow and half a teaspoon of PM mag / cal (put into a 2ltr bottle of water that's been standing for 24 hours with lid off).

Fingers crossed they keep on going like this!

Peace:peace:

HELP PLEASE! I am starting to wonder if im under watering them and just wanted to check with you guys... They are in 11 LTR pots and im just wondering how much i should be giving them at this stage (21 days old)? Would 1LTR of water with PM Oldtimer + Calmag in be ok in each pot every 2 days ?

Cheers! :peace:

Not sure of what grow medium you are using.. When I soil grow, I wait until the pot is light - as in dry and not so heavy before I water again. If I pick up a pot and it's heavy, then I know it isn't the time to water. The down side being that if you wait to long, your plants will start to droop. Nothing a quick watering wont take care of. I never used MG out side of growing tomatoes so I am not able to say if you are feeding to much or to little. Just be aware if your lower leaves start turning blotchy yellow, you need to flush with clean water and let plant recover for a week before feeding a reduced diet again... Autos tend to turn yellow on the bottom fan leaves anyways but it is uniformed and on the entire leaf.. This is natural. It's when it is blotchy that you have a problem with nute-burn.

UPDATE: 26/11/2014 (Day 26)

Hi everyone just an update on how the girls are doing... So far everything is kind of ok. I did see a VERY small patch on one of the leaves so im guessing it's nute burn so im using less on the teaspoon now to see how they do with that. The second problem im having is temps. Even with the oil heater on full it just cant keep up with the cold weather... going from 62f to 70f but the girls don't seem that bothered to be honest but im going to get a better heater and get the temps up. Well here they are anyways!
