I'd ask the seller. If he's honest you will get the straight info. I've never used one and won't guess.
I feel for your loss, I just went through the opposite when my intake duct fell blowing on a two node Blue Mystic all night. It blew it back to day one and dwarfed it. It made it outside where I moved it until it showed it will live. I'll be harvesting the 4 or 5 grams soon with her full grown sisters. It never grew a branch but the buds on the main stem are solid.

I am curious, did any of your plants bounce back? Something similar happened to me, (although maybe not as extreme) when I put a 100watt single LED with a heat-sink and fan in a small tent. Fucking temps were up to 140 by the time I checked in the morning. They bounced back but were stressed. One ended up going hermy if memory serves me correct.
Well once i watered them and lowered the temps to 65f for a day they did pick up their poor crispy leaves. It was very sad to see.. Like one of your children had a leg cut off but is trying to stand on 1 if you know what i mean. So today i went and chopped the bad leaves off so the light can get to the ones that are ok. I know your not ment to trim autos but i didn't see the point on leaving on bad leaves that are just stopping the good ones from getting light. I guess we will see how they react! i'll get some pics up tomorrow

Thought I would throw this in the idea pool. Why not get a 100 watt (actual wattage) or larger CFL.. Those suckers get pretty warm and, the extra light will help too.. $34.00 plus the mogul base with power cord and you are done under $50.00

Can you mix CFL lights with LED? will it not screw up the spectrum or something?

Well the 2 that i thought where dead have sprung back quite nicely apart from a little bit of nute burn on the end of the top of the leafs tips so i have lowered the feed for them 2. The problem is they seem to be drinking a lot.... I have to water/feed all of them everyday now and they are drinking about 1LTR a day each! Is this normal? Also should i be giving them just water sometimes or feed them every time like i am currently doing? Anyways here they are:
Hopefully they will keep on going like this!
