Howdy-ho everybody!

I'm a virgin, but we all start as one right? Been smoking for 15 years but since I got my diabetes type 1 I've gotten overly sensitive to THC and other things. Basically I get panic attacks the first few hours of smoking and I loose my appetite and my body starts to ache in a pulsating way. Some pain goes away and others are unpleasantly augmented. But hey, I feel like all the happiness is sucked out of me never to return when I take ecstasy so I guess there's something not right with my endocrine and endocannabinoid systems. A chemical imbalance in other words! :)

I'm gonna try out 4 types of cannabis, a sativa, an indica, a hybrid and a 1:1 THC/CBD variety to see if there is anything that will suit my diabetes, add, depression, pain and general boredom! :) Otherwise it's back to dextroamphetamines and tramadol! :/

I have lots and lots of questions after lurking and reading here for 3-4 months but I fear that I have too many for one thread. How would I go about maximizing my knowledge yield (tee-hee) without boring you guys to death?

Anyhoo, I'm happy to be a part of the Autoflower community and I will share and pass on what I learn here!

Hakuna matata! :)

A big welcome too how party time.jpg:pass:Peace Kudo.jpg

Welcome! Ugh Tramadol, I hate that I have to take it... But taking half of what I used to, now that I incorporated a little cannabis. So there's hope for ya :) If you're sensitive to THC, I think you'll find autoflowering cannabis more gentle, as it generally has slightly higher levels of CBD. There's autoflowers with high THC too though! A mostly Indica or pure Indica might be a good fit for the imbalance you described hehe. It could possibly take trying 100 different strains haha.

Tramadol was great the first few years but I'm so sick of it now! :)

I have high hopes for the MedGOM I'm thinking of running and I guess if it works out for me ill try DP's two CBD varieties and also CBD Crews ones. I felt like autofems was a good and fast way to getting into MMJ!

So, do I divide all my questions into separate threads or make a single one with them all? :)

I'm new to growing but not to life. How often are you taking drugs like extacy? I would try to stop everything but pot. But it might even be beneficial to stop pot for a while. Taking drugs that can mess with your brain chemistry can really mess with you after a while. Try going sober for a while so your body can heal and get back to normal. And one of the best things I have found for getting your head screwed on straight is exercise. The more the better. But if you haven't done any in a long time it is best to start easy so you don't beat yourself up and get sore and stop. A good long walk is a great way to start. Even a couple times a day if you can. I really like bikes because it is easy on your body, you can go as easy or hard as you want, you get a nice cooling breeze, and you can cover a lot of ground and see more stuff.

Exercise also releases endorphins which make you feel good naturally. I swear I used to be addicted to exercise because of the endorphin and adrenaline release. I know it can be hard to make yourself do, especially if you have never really done it. But the benefits are worth it. I'm also not real big on medicine but an anti depressant can help some times. If you take it and notice a big difference in the first couple days then your brain chemistry is probably out off whack and you need something. I have taken them a few times in life but only for a couple months and then taper off as I stop doing other drugs and start replacing everything with exercise. It is wonderful being able to wake-up with no hangover and lots of energy and to go out and tackle the day.

It's my opinion that the more drugs and medicine we take, the more our brain chemistry gets disrupted and then the more we self medicate to try and get back to a normal. But stopping what you can and exercise is the quickest way back to how we are supposed to be. It can be tough and overwhelming so it's usually best to take it one day at a time. Don't worry about tomorrow or next week, focus on today and making the best of it and not doing anything you shouldn't. And if you feel like you have to have something then a little pot would probably be best. But you also don't need to smoke a fat J all to yourself and get high as a kite.

Anyways, maybe that applies to you, maybe not. Maybe I was reading too much into your post. But this is what I have found helps me when I'm feeling off. Good luck.

Welcome to AFN and you must check out the ph thread! From what I'm reading your PH is probably way off! Try a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 4oz warm water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and again before bed, betcha in a week your feeling slightly if not significantly better.....
Again welcome and check out the medical section. Their is a wealth of healing to be found there.

I just want to let you know, Indicas are for a night time approach and will cause munchies and pain relief.
