I have a few brown spotted leaves which I could do without. Been using Plagrons Silica additive this time for the first.. it drops the feed ph wayyyy down to the low 5s sometimes lower.. so.. a bit of fiddling has had to be done with ph up and down.. think I'll skip the silica for a few feeds.

Plagron Green Sensation with their Terra base bloom for flower.. starting as soon as I pick a bottle of GS up in the coming days.

Almost time to start the next run lol either 4 in 12.5L pots or 1 in 25L of soil.. still undecided. 1 should get a nice big plant.. but 4 gives a bit of variety. I have a mephisto Grape Crinkle, DP Candy Bubatz, @Sawney_bean Predator and a Fastbuds original Blueberry lined up if its 4.. To be continued..

Happy weekend all.

Blue Auto Mazar.. 6 weeks old today.. first defoliation done.. topped put at 50cm from soil to highest top and 60cm across.. drinking 7L every 48 hours roughly.. now we can see what was under the canopy..

I'll defol again at 8 weeks. I've cut the silica for now as im assuming that's what messed my ph up for a bit.. green sensation and base Bloom started.

When you're in and out of the tent 77 times daily.. approximately.. you dont notice this.. keeping these pics numbered to look back on.. as above.. has been a worthwhile exercise.. even if a minor pain in the ass to keep up with and do. Lazy lazy stoner.

Lookin at these i think its fair to say.. the big girls flyin.

Ive been having an issue with this big girl that looks like a calcium deficiency.. shes been droopy when she shouldnt be.. and more often than she should be.. generally unhappy too often basically.. I never have issues like this.

I checked the plagron silicon additive i was using.. way later than I should have checked it.. to find its NPK was 1.5 - 0 - 1.7

I'm no scientist but from a quick read up i have no idea what the N is doing in there at all and the K looks very high for its intended purpose of delivering the additive to the plant.

I also read that silicon additives generally raise ph.. this one drops it through the floor.. which Plagron told me was normal when I emailed them asking about it.

Conclusion.. adding that silicon has totally fkd my feeds up and that is showing in the plant.. I'll be flushing the soil tomorrow or Monday finishing off with a light feed mixture of base bloom only to try and get her back on track. It's been a looooooong time since I've had to flush a plant.

Shes looking great considering this prolonged poisoning but it has pissed me off no end as im forcing her to work hard and worse than that.. its not the first time I've fkd shit up by not reading NPK figures on a label.. canna cal mag I think it was. Schoolboy error really!

I should have just gone with the Rhino Skin which I've used before with great results. I decided on the Plagron because im using their base and green sensation. Bad call. Rhino Skin NPK.. 0 - 0 - 0.4

I cant say the Plagrons bad.. its just not for me.. which I'd have known had I did the research pre purchase. Not too much money wasted.. more annoyed about overdosing the plant with N an K.. which has possibly locked out any calcium uptake leaving me where I am now.

Anyway.. flush and reset and hopefully she gets life a bit easier after that.
