I do believe pop22 uses some of those led bulbs. pretty cheap on e-bay I think. they had the red and blue spectrum. I just picked up a Galaxyhydro 280w ufo for $109 usd that's looking real good so far.just an option. I used cfl's with good results but it always seemed like I needed more light lol. but your HBSS looks like it will give you one hell of a cola so no worrys :)

 If you get too much rain, make a cover for her. ARe you going to do a mould prevention spray ? This is a good time to do that (early flowering)

Thank Vas !!! She defenetly will get some weight !!

What is that mould spray ??

I am excited to see this plant finish ! Mould prevention spray: Mix milk with water. I use 1 part milk / 10 parts water (can go up to 3 parts milk but 1 part has worked ok for me) Spray on plant all over till dripping, you must do this in bright sunlight, allow it to fully dry in the sun. The sunlight reacts with a protein in the milk that prevents spores from becoming active. I do it every 10 days in early flower until the buds get dense, once the buds are too dense, you can stop, and hope it has worked LOL. I live in a high rainfall area like you, I had grey mould alot in autumn but now i don't as much
:baked:

Cool Vas , !! i will defenetly will give it a try ......... it wont hurt ! Its just the perfekt time to start. Ill let you know amigo, thank for the info !!! :)

Let see how she does Bubba !!
Im gonna go for a CFL indoors next, i guess ill try another HBSS and see how she grow under thoses conditions, unfortunatley LED's panels are way to expensives here .... do you know something about LED's bulbs ?

I agree with elsamuri, CFLs work, but it is a challenge to get enough photons to the leaves. For happiest plants I want about half the intensity of midday sun, that requires a lot of CFLs. And CFLs are half as efficient as HPS... that means more heat and more electricity. CFL is OK for 1 or 2 small plants. If you are growing more maybe you can find a cheap HPS, all the commercial agriculture growers use them worldwide,so they have to be available.

I had 200 actual watts of CFL on my HBSS, I think she could have used twice as much light!
