Update on Chemdog and Grand Daddy Purp.Chem Dog is at day87,GDP is at day76.Chemdog is still covered with white pistols so she probably has another two weeks minimum before chop.GDP is just starting to show main pistols at day76.This pisses me off because both strains were supposed to finish fast at 60 to 65 days. I know not to trust the seed bank finish times but this is getting crazy waiting this long.I was joking with the wife and told her if I die before I chop these bitches sell the weed to pay for my casket.

You're too ornery to die. :smoke:

Was that that GDP Auto you mentioned awhile back??got any pics?? i wanted to try that one but they were out when I was tryin to get em..takin awhile eh?! crappy dude. I was actually thinking about that myself the other day to be honest. lol. thats kinda what I told my family..give it to my buddy to finish up n sell the gear..lol.

Namvet,

You are the funniest person in the history of persons.

I hear you though, I don't think I have ever finished in the propper time.

Eek

My chemdog is at 74 days and looks like she wants to finish, but it looked like that a few weeks ago, so if I die before harvest, dig me up and blow the smoke down my throat. It may actually bring me back to life, just to frickin complain :)

a lot off strains grow time photo and auto are "misrepresented " by breeders. they say 60 days for autos. when they take 12weeks min. and some really need 13 weeks

I'm learned to not take much notice of finishing time claims, it's just done when it's done :pimp:

lol i feel like im in the same boat rowing with u..ive given my wife instructions encase the diabetes decides to take me ... my first grow was autos but after it took them over 100 days i decided i might as well go with photos and try for a bigger yield . i have a nlxbb at 70 days and she seems to be a late finisher also.. here some up skirt pics for your pleasure

Most strains will finish in the advertised time IF you switch them to bloom nutes as soon as they show preflowers. But you will sacrifice yield if you do that rather than waiting until vertical growth stops to make the switch. So while their claims can be misleading, they aren't necessarily false.
