Hey ripper little help on my autos i am useing 8 bulb t5 6400 is it ok to run this spectrum all the way thru or change to 2700 when they flower?? Thanks!!

My plants will be two weeks old mon sice sprotting useing kind soil with coco buzz base went under the light a week ago plants 2 to three inches high nice green leafs planted seed in root riot cube then planted in three gal root trapper 2 pots have been watering just around the plant 3inches, should i start watering around the pots first or when should i start watering the whole pot i am confused on how much water to start with?? for just around the pot, and then for watering the whole pots?? useing distilled water t5 lights. THANKS MIKE>
