How did you make the Lactobacilli? Did you use a commercial starter culture, pure or mixed strains, strain(s) associated with soil/environment or human intestines, etc.? What did you use as the culture media? Did you establish and maintain sterility? How do you know what you actually cultured is lactobacilli vs. other bacteria and fungi?
