Greetings. I'm new here and I must say I am impressed with the forum. I like the healthy population of active members and from what I have read, some of the breeders actually interact with the members in the journals. I have also found plenty of information to keep me busy for awhile with minimal research effort. Also POM is great. Cheers. :tiphat:

Welcome aboard and yea the breeders are really good about interacting around here....unless ya poke em to much. 
You will also find stickys at the top of each forum that are chalked full of info.

Hey Thordinar welcome to AFN and glad to have you here! You hit the nail on the head; lots of great people here and hands down the most informative site you'll find on the subject! Going to have to warn you, this place has an addictive chemical in it that makes you want to come back and check it every single day wink wink! 
Do you have any experience with growing? Why not check out the New Growers Forum; the stickies at the top are full of great info and you can see how other members set up their journals. When you're comfortable, you can start your own to let us follow along, you can post pictures, ask questions, and grow knowing that you've got a LOT of people watching your back!
If you want to grow with some of the AFN vendors; then absolutely head into their sub forums and you can start your journal right in there; and the breeder representatives can answer your questions and make recommendations based on the strain.
