I don't want to say anything negative here as they might just be really busy this time of year, but does it normally take them a very long time to ship or possibly update the order status? I did try emailing them last week but never received a response.

If they are just really busy I don't want to pester them with repeated emails.

Update, I did what I should have done at the beginning and gave them a call. It's all good, they're just *really* busy. Should be here soon.
