Leaf turning yellow kind of purplish hairs coming out from it. Idk if it's because the strain is black cream and turns purple. Fox farm ocean forest soil. No nutes just distilled water and I spray plant with a mist. Other then that, that's it. Help please! First grow so I'm not panicking at all but must learn from this.

Shes at 65 days as of today. Boy does she smell o so creamy! I even lick my fingers if I touch some sticky resin mm

Hiya Flash :toke:, looks like you have some magnesium issues. I would be surprised if it was actually a deficiency though, more likely the plant is in partial PH lockout and also reaching the end of its flowering growth. As plants finish up they usually start to fade a bit starting with the oldest fan leaves as the stored nutes are used up for bud production. The fox farms should have plenty of magnesium for a little plant like that, so not much to be done at this stage. I have heard in quite a few places that constant misting can leech out stored trace minerals from the leaves giving the appearance of a deficiency, not sure how true it is though, makes sense if you think of it as foliar feeding with no nutes. The idea is its getting most of its water from the spray bottle and so doesn't pull as much from the root zone.
At this point, if it was me I would snip it and start a new one, seems like there were some good learning experiences on this grow, I'm sure the next one will be much improved! Good job sticking it out, lots of karma sent your way! :goauto:

Do you have a PH meter? You could measure the soil run off and see if it's in the right range, here's a couple charts in case you've never seen one, some are easier to read than others...

Ahhh ok Ima snip this sucker then haha and no ph meter but I will pick one up today because I'll be starting my red poison tomorrow! Woo! Thank you guys! I figured the plant was finishing up but wasn't too sure.

Nice! only seen one other red poison grow...

Just wanted to add that if you can you might want to start off with a VERY low nutrient soil for the red poison, would hate to see you having to deal with another stunted one. I've usually leaned towads underfeeding and then built up the feed towards flowering, I've had some premature leaf fade a few times, but nothing that wasn't fixable and have always had a better product when I do it that way compared to feeding the crap out of it. Can't wait to start reading your new journal! :vibe:

Yea I transplanted this one and I won't make that mistake again! Plus I think I'll go with the 5 gallon cloth pot like what I have here. What kind of low nutrient soil would you suggest?

I use berger BM-6 but I'm not sure how available it might be where you are, it's basically a mix of peat coco and perlite etc. with no nutes added, well it has a tiny bit, but it's mostly sterile and inert... I use it for everything now because it's cheap at my local hydro store and has extremely god drainage. Roots organic, and sunshine #4 are other good options. Anything that says light on the package and says to fertilize after the first week or two you can bet has low nute levels. Don't ever use anything with time release fertilizer! :nono:

If you do have a grow store or even home Depot nearby they should be able to help you decide from what they have available. Just remember, low nutes low nutes low nutes! Lol
Hope that helps! Keep on keepin' on!:cooldance:
