been always using it but alone (no added) where I am only that is available! Just now that potting stuff emerged ....
Was hoping someone would be familar with any....
As for "with added john innes", if you refer to some ferts, unfortunately not available.
We got soem chinese stuff for sure, no description nothing just NPK ratio, at least so far seems ot work fine.

tokaite in which way do you want to make it better
i used jab last year for my toms and other veg and was fine but not as good as
jab + john innes

It tend to cake up, would mixing it with that potting soil make it better?
If it matters, Jab Ph 6.5 Potting Ph 5.8

most composts will crust up on the surface if you dont loosen it up every now and again (i do it once a week)
i use a old fork from out the cutlery draw
if you want to make it more airy ad coco coir at 2 parts compost 1 part coir
the plants love it and it dont compact as much

Finishing my grow with airpots and that compost and it is not so great to be used by itself.
The compost tend to cake up more as expected.
1 plant was had to be transplanted, soil so hard that water would just run on sides. Tool 3-4 days for the root mass to be freed again ;( WTF like concrete
Thankfully, she did not mind it at all (Ghaze DZl x C99) and she is bigger than the other ones. Go figure out ...

I did make 1 pot though with the potting soil turn out to be better and am going for it this time x 18 pots.

The others went ok but feeling not the best, or not just like that...
