Whats up evbody,,well,i have checked the jars,and it looks like i might get two of them to colonize ,But we will see if the two promising jars make it..anyway..Ill post a few pics this weekend,Just letting everyone know that i havent thrown in the towel yet ..Gonna work on this till i get it right !! these will help me make it to poppy season(got plenty seeds to do this season) !! Thanks @jaymu104 , that sounds interesting!! I will have to look into that,do you have any idea who he bought it from?? I had a "set it and forget it" type kit for my very first attempt( this being my second) . Well,It took three months to ship from Canada and it got to me with the bag broken open and contaminated.This was the fault of the US postal service as the outer cardboard box was crushed in the corner,which in turn broke the fruiting chamber..however the shipping issue was totally on the '€>#\<?€{^>€.con company and they did not ever attempt to try and contact me to resolve the shipping time issue!!! ( company name withheld,not everyone had bad experiences with the company or they wouldn't be in business!!)

Okay evbody it's been a minute since I updated this thread,been checking on the jars that were supposed to be colonizing,here's what I got .one dud and 5 misfires

I'm gonna try again with the rest of the LC I have,maybe I waited too long..anyway I'll keep posting here with the stuff I have,AND when the new stuff gets here..I'll try a few some different strains too...stay tuned

I'm jealous of your heating mat thermostat and industrial thermometer, good tools. What did you put in the holes in the lid as filter? PF jars are my favorite too, I use the hippycake recipe. So I spend extra on bee pollen and brewers yeast not on thermostats even though I have like 8 heating mats.

What's up @arcticjake ,I used the micro pore tape on the lids so there would be the gas exchange,I haven't checked them since I took the last pics but I stil have some more of this LC and some more should be arriving soon..I kinda fell behind the original start date by a few months and it might have cause the LC to go bad/not be as good...anyway..ill get it going on and in the meantime I will be planting some indoor poppies( unwashed strain/Whites) for fun,stay tuned...peace

This is a joint project( no pun intended) with my daughter, but since I am at rookie status,I just wanted to make sure that I had good temp control,now that all the material/supplies are accounted for and being used,future attempts will be a whole lot easier ...peace

Thanks @GoAuto6 there wasnt any audio so i will watch it on the tube,,okay im gonna pull my rookie card,,why and what is the culture in the jar at the end,is this just a bigger version of what i paid for in the syringes ??? and after it grows (in the jar) is it still grown pf style?? maybe the audio explained it???? Thank You for helping me,I did read roark and your thread before i started, to get an idea..Man i gotta stay busy with all kinna stuff,lifes to short to be a sober sheep
