New Grower Lighting suggestions?

this is my indoor plant at 4 weeks. 8.5" tall, 12.25" girth. The strain reportedly gets up to 23" tall.

I'm using 2 26w 2700K 1700 lumen and 1 65w 5000K 4000 lumen CFLs. Up to now, it's been lights on 24/7.

1. Is this plant on schedule growth wise?
2. More light? Different light?
3. Should I change the cycle? (Keep in mind there's a 6 day old seedling in the box also)

It looks like its doing fine....You could give the plant 4 hours of sleep per day if you wanted to....im sure it would love it.
