I'd just make 1 frame with watcha got and order another roll for the other frame. What you have is useful, but it's gonna be a better 1st screen then final screen. And the other roll will come in the mail way faster then it'll take for bubble hash to dry

Epoxy stinks to high heaven and not very flexible. You might be OK with a good silicone but i might be too sticky even after cure. Maybe a 1x1/8" strap screwed in around the perimeter?

Well that would work but one for is for my buddy I work with I cut the material he TIG welded them
