Hey Hobbes! Use some spray lacquer unless you are doing one coat. Laquer, you can spray multiple coats and not have to sand in-between coats. Dries super quick as well. With poly, it won't stick to itself so you should sand in-between coats.
Not sure what's at big box stores, but Ace hardware carries Mohawk brand lacquer that's good
oopz forgot to post theze earlier today from this morning'z walkiez....i think it was around 29f....gonna have one more day in the 30'z, then total roller coaster tempz over the course of the week....but mostly sunny skiez, with no snow or rain forecast, so....small merciez ppp
