I found a 3 pack for $26. That's about $8.60 per planter, which has two cups.
A 36C cup bra typically has a volume of around 480cc (cubic centimeters) per breast, which is equivalent to about 1 US pint.
A 16-ounce Solo cup is a pint.

So each 36C cup bra is basically like growing two 16-ounce solo cups, but since they are fabric, you'll get air pruning effects from them versus the plastic of the solo cups.
