I was off on medical leave for 2 years. Theres a new CEO who used to be a peer and I always thought that she has heart, and she has truly championed persons with disabilities by creating film festivals, huge career fairs, arts, rowing teams, and more. I think she woukd be horrified that these things occur. So there's hope.

Union works for you. You might not know if other people have filed similar complaints. But I'd talk to your rep before saying a word to a coworker or HR Cover your ass before letting them cover theirs
