Doin it in a home oven with baking steels. 65% hydration, 48 hour ferment, 4 minute bake at 600*. Spritzes crust with light spray of water for steam. Crunchy blister city!!!

Got a whopping 2" of snow for Snowmeggedon 25' Snow/people in the south is funny. Grocery store is empty Not so sure about the avalanche report with the beach in the background

update -> at this point, i think i can g'head & report that Blair has finally left the building, woot! i still think we only got about 6" of actual snow, but omg, the driftz, ahh! they're fuckin everywhere & range from about 12-20"needless to say, i am def not lookin forward to the shoveling tomorrow but, we did escape the ice & we never lost power, so hey, small merciez current temp is still 12f, but the wind has gone down a bit....i'll get a better look at thingz tomorrow in the daylite & take sum picz, but for now, it'z g'nite Gracie ppp

Still going, here where I live. Looks like we've got about 3" since it began last night. What a bust. I wanted the entire 14.5" they originally forecast for my area.
