Because we are gluten free I make all my own stocks and gravy coz most ready made have flour in.

If I need to thicken anything I use cornflour...... ....tastes as good......

Have you thought about starting your own business? Become more of a contractor and hire someone to do the actual work. May not make as much at the start, but not as physical either. Start as side hustle till you get the funds to get a listened/insured etc. You know what you are doin which is more than I can say for the majority of liscened peeps...bunch of f'n hacks!!!

Also, any way to work for the guy you were before? Maybe checking jobs out and doing estimates etc? Running crews or people to job sites and inspecting their work? If not the last guy you were working for, but sure there are plenty of larger/medium sized companies that would have positions like that

I was doing quite a few side jobs but most of them were small stuff and inconsistent. I called my old boss and hes on vacation so all calls get forwarded to the office so hopefully ill hear something when he checks em or gets back. I had an offer to run a crew a while back, it would have been less work and a pay raise but i liked the company i was working for more but I gave em a call too and left him a message so i don't know yet.

@Olderfart : are you still using the jacks 321? I've been on MC1 part but looking at options. Is the jacks easy to figure out?

I use it. Easy peasy as it's in the name. 3gm part A, 2 part B, 1 gm mag sulfate for autos. That's 80% strength. You can reduce or increase as a whole or as parts as needed. Formula stays consistent unlike mega crop as they have changed their formulas multiple times. Cheap too. Bought 25lb bags of A and B.

They make a one part, but never used it. There was/is a guy that used it on AFN, but can't remember his name. Another person to search is DCLXVI. Think he passed away, but know he documented some good stuff with Jacks

On my way to harvest the outdoor girls at Mamas house! This will be the last outdoor grow for a while, we will be moving the operations indoors! Its a little sad, but a new opportunity to teach mama more about this awesome plant!
