Dang. I've been avoiding govt paperwork finding every little distraction but beaurocrats don't care if I don't want to do it.

I'll eat your cream sauce any day. More than once a day even.It is funny isn't it....?..........we do do white sauces too.....I'm partial to mushroom or peppercorn....cream in the pan with the steak juices/seasoning little bit of beef stock...but hubby isn't keen on cream sauces.
Mind..he didn't like cheese sauce either...until he tasted mine.
His mother severely limited his palette.......if she didn't buy it he didn't like it.......
