We’ve had a thing for Tri Tip and pick it up on sale lately. So most of my beef on the grill has been that. Some of the fat was rendered and used to sauté up some fresh green beans along with roasted baby potatoes.
Mojito lime marinated chicken breast, cilantro lime rice and some roasted veggies.
Hadn’t used the Blackstone griddle in awhile so cleaned it up to make a beef ramen noodle stir fry for us. This was the best 3 days of leftovers I was happy to eat.
Son 3d printed me some skull valve caps my tires and spare.
Upgraded from the Samsung S9 tab to the S10 Ultra 1Tb. Probably should’ve rethought it as now it’s like holding a laptop but these old eyes might have a better time seeing the larger screen.
