Christmas and Easter they get the suckling pigs here...... ... around 30-40 euros for half a one.

They get fresh whole ones too.

We bought one as a Treat when hubbys daughter was over....and she was horrified..........we had to cut the head and the trotters off to cook it so it didn't look like a baby pig.........and there wasn't much left.

Delicious...melt in the mouth meat......but...you pay a lot for the bones.....

Looks like the weather is finally improving. The weeks forecast is about 20 degrees higher than the last few. Moving into that early spring weather where it's cold but not cold and plenty wet.

same here....might see a few rain showerz late tonite, but goin for sunny, 60f & calm today in the heartland, woot! gonna be havin a couple brewskiz in the treehouse this afternoon ppp

Ya if u didn’t open the link i posted it was like $220 avg for about a 10lb pig! They did also sell it by the 1/4 and was about 2.5lb each!
