Well........... The only thing I see wrong there is poor strapping.
I've had to haul caskets in my truck twice.
I was responsible for burying, years apart, two of my Uncles. I didn't like the cheesy ass caskets or the prices that were at the Podunk little town funeral home.
I bought them from a distributor in Fort Worth and came away with a product far superior than the tin can crap they had in the funeral home.
At least I didn't have to buy the plot. I buried them side by side in the family plot with a common headstone for them both. In the center of the headstone was a small boat and two men fishing. That's what they loved to do together In life, so that's why I depicted them in the 'Afterlife'.
When a father-in-law of mine had a gangrenous wound in his leg and it needed amputation, I promised to make him a peg leg out of wood so he could thump around deck like Captain Ahab (who had a peg leg made of whalebone in the story of Moby Dick). He liked the idea, but the family took too long to approve the amputation, and he didn't survive the gangrene.
