I just read some of what you can see in the link and notice that it mentions Lion's Mane....... The extract I took last night. While looking things up the other night I did see some absolutely gorgeous Lion's Mane. Some absolutely did look like a lion's mane. Fascinating!

Both reishi and turkey tail are really good for cancer/prevention and other things. Lions mane is great for cognition and neuroprotective things. A couple of of studies showed it was regenerative for brain cells.
Always wondered about the difference of fresh vs dried for those properties. As with anything, seems fresh biology would be more effective, but who knows.
