I went to the weed store again last night for the $5 edible bag special and I stopped to check out the flowers they had a “bubblegum” strain that smelled absolutely nothing like bubblegum, I stopped to sniff like almost all the jars and they all had the same shitty generic smell, literally no variations. I was kinda shocked like, when I was a teen going to dispos with my med card the weed actyally had different smells, like if something said xj13 you could smell expect it to smell like straight up lemon sour terps and shit but now it’s all the same generic smelling flower nothing special it was very underwhelming. Makes me wanna make my own weed brand with weed that actyally has good terps and flavors n shit

That was back when they actually gave a shit about their crops. Now, growing is just another job, farm owners only care about money….and they’ll grow a high yielding crop before they’ll grow an actual good strain with good terps. High thc gets grown before high terp levels, and lastly….most of it is mishandled and any terps that were present have long since packed their shit and left

That’s my take on it anyway
