Welp…. Those might be the best ribs I’ve ever made….. and I didn’t do anything but cut the big bone off the side of the rack and season it with salt and pepper…. No fancy sugary rubs, no sugary bbq sauce….no wrapping them in foil part way through. Just simple and delicious….
