I order from a place called “Elk USA”….. although I caution you. It is farm raised elk, meaning they are sometimes given a grain supplement. I suspect it will give you problems…
I don't think that would be a problem. All of the animals/birds I eat are fed grains of some sort. I know that mushrooms raised on wheat straw can indeed transfer gluten but I think it is a physical cross contamination.

Morning @Mañ'O'Green .. I've read this argument while I was homeworking mine and no one seems to have a conclusive answer...I know at the time the conclusion was only eat grass fed beef.....if I had to find grass fed beef here..I just wouldn't be eating beef..
Mind...I know the goats round here get fed on the best grass and vegetables..coz they clear all the farmers fields.....I'm thinking of Kid-napping...
Every dog owner might like to think their furry companion is the cutest, but scientists have now revealed which pets really have the friendliest faces.

Happiest looking dogs...?...much as I Love GSD's...and Gracie...the Happiest looking dogs have to be Staffies..their faces naturally smile...
@Buzzard ....Zoomed..you see the buildings..that's the coast line... probably 3-4 mile by foot..then we have a constant sea breeze..so the noise of the jetskis really carry......
The other noise we get is Trainee flyers..but I kinda like the drone......it is a lazy Sunday sound for me...almost as hypnotic as bees...
Nope...you wouldn't eat an older goat..you eat the kids... like the difference between lamb and mutton..you wouldn't BBQ mutton coz it's tough..
We've had the argument before when we had a birth on the land...if the shepherdess comes onto our land with 200 goats and leaves with 201.... surely that one belongs to us...?....
