Well I know I am still alive because today's physical therapy hurts now. My book is selling much better than I ever expected and I have a new shipment finally arriving today. How are you? long time no see?

Well it still does not make sense to me. The possibilities on the A1c chart a circled. The black box is where I am running. If his BG is 180 that is really high in my book?

Ask his doc when you get a chance what scale he is quoting you.
