Good Morning my friends.........-29C this morning but slowly warming up..... supposed to hit thawing temps by Tuesday. The change is going to be painful on the joints. It seems that the weather swings are greater and more frequent lately. It is keeping my pain levels elevated. Good thing I have a huge supply of pain meds on hand........... Sharing one...PPP.......

i been wearing copper fit sleeves on my knees for work. Not for the support but just for a little extra warmth on my joints . Seems to help

No rain here but….

Not sure which way to go home! This side of town u can tell roads have been treated plus people driving on them i was able to drive the speed limit…when no cars in front of me driving stupid! My side of town (its a huge f-ing city) is still solid ice everywhere and both the front and back way into my neighborhood have small hills and i saw a semi truck stuck on the hill on both routes! People here don’t seem to realize when u come upon thick ice like that u need to have some speed going and then just coast across it! Instead they go so slow they start sliding so come to a stop and then get stuck and can’t get traction to get going again!
